I have bought and listened to many of Louise tapes and cds and after awhile found one I really,really like.At first I didn't read any of Louise's books or listen to any of her tapes and cds I felt like I didn't need her stuff.Her products focus on loving yourself more and there are many people in the world who needs it.I felt that I loved myself enough.I saw this cd on Amazon and the tittle of it really soke to me and decided to give it a shot and so I did and loved it.This cd has meditations that do help you love yourself,but it also helps you clear away things from your past starting from the time you were born which I really like about this cd.You aren't focusing on the now when you listen to the first meditation anyway.The second meditation focuses on the now and how you deserve to have good things in your life a vry motivating cd.This cd has meditations on it that people will really need to take the time to sit down and listen to it because it is very in depth.It seems like it a great cd that will be able to help me let go of any childhood issues that maybe effecting me now.This cd is one of many Louise Hay cds that I am willing to keep.I also lent it to my mom and friend Shelly and they both like it and thinking about buying it for my friend Jason as well.

I really enjoy this a lot, I listen to it from my MP3 player before retiring, sometimes I listen while sleeping, waking occasionally. I don't know if what is said will stick with me, so it's not unusual for me to listen to it repeatedly, I don't get bored. Almost everyone suffers from self-doubt and even self-hate (we are only human you know), so give yourself a break by listening to these words words and helpful self-love. This type of message is also known as "guided meditation." Close your eyes, parts of the body are told to relax, then the message begins, soothing and compassionate.

Since 1988, I have listened to Louise Hay and bought her books. This particular CD is one of Louise Hay's best work ever! This is a short CD only about 30 minutes (great to listen to in the morning before starting the day or on a break at work). This is a very soothing CD The sound quality is excellent and the message truly inspired me to think about:1) How to love yourself and how to accept yourself. (Part One)2) How to forgive yourself and others. (Part Two)This CD I will listen to often because it has caused me to realize just how important it is to love yourself and forgive yourself for past mistakes and to forgive others. It it true freedom to do thse things! I highly recommend this to anyone in need of making a positive change to your life! It really works!

It's okay, not great. Louise Hay did a beautiful tape years ago about loving the inner child that is excellent. Was hoping this was a newer format of that very-well-done-one. Not so much.

I was at a group Dec 11 where this CD was used. When done and the lights raised at least half present had tears in thier eyes. It is a powerful excercise in letting go, forgiving the past and meeting the future. Louise Hays CD's and tapes have been helping people for almost two decades. They are the best of the best. If you can buy only one, start with " You can heal your life" ( The book that made her famous and helped millions.) Most likely if you are like the rest of us, you will soon therafter want to own her CD's and tapes. Don't hesitate to buy her products. You are worth it!
